Shipping Policy

At Loly Studio we want you to receive your press-on nails as quickly and safely as possible. Here's how our shipping, delivery times and costs work.

1. Processing Times (Order Preparation)

  • All orders require processing time before they are shipped.

  • Standard orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Note for custom orders: If you have requested a custom design, preparation time may be longer. We'll let you know the estimated time when we confirm your order.

2. Shipping Times and Costs

We work with leading courier companies to guarantee efficient delivery. The times below are added to the processing time mentioned above (except for the special Seville city service).

Free Shipping: Shipping is free on orders of 3 or more units (applied automatically at checkout). In addition, in mainland Spain (including the province of Seville) Correos shipping is free on orders from 23 €.

3. Special Conditions for Seville City

For our customers in Seville city, we offer an ultra-fast local delivery service:

  • Delivery in under 6 hours: Valid for orders placed Monday to Friday before 14:00. Orders placed later or on public holidays will be delivered the morning of the next business day.

  • A working phone number is required so the driver can coordinate the exact delivery with you.

4. Order Tracking

For national and international shipments, once your package leaves our warehouse you'll automatically receive an email with the tracking number and a link to check the delivery status in real time. For local delivery in Seville city, you'll receive a notice when your order is out for delivery.

5. Delivery Address and Issues

  • Customer responsibility: The buyer is responsible for making sure the shipping address provided is correct and complete. Loly Studio is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or the recipient's absence after the courier's delivery attempts.

  • Re-shipping costs: If a package is returned to us because the carrier could not deliver it (incorrect address, recipient absent for a long period or not collected from the office), the customer must pay the cost of a new shipment to receive the product again.

6. Packages Damaged in Transit

We pack every Loly Studio kit with the utmost care and protection. However, if the outer box arrives visibly dented or broken due to transport:

  • Take a photo of the package before opening it.

  • Email us at support@lolystudio.com within 48 hours of receipt so we can file a claim with the courier and fix it right away.
