📦 Shipping and Returns – Loly Studio

1. Preparation and Shipping

• Preparation: 1-3 business days (standard). Custom designs will be notified upon confirmation.
• Free shipping: On purchases of 3 or more items (Peninsular Spain only).

2. Delivery in Seville Capital 🛵

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same day (Monday to Friday). If placed later, delivery will be the next morning.
• Mandatory: Provide a working mobile number for the delivery person.

3. Incidents and Tracking

• You will receive an email with your tracking code when your order leaves the studio.
• Check your address: if the package is returned due to incorrect details or absence, the cost of reshipping will be at your expense.
• If the box arrives damaged, take a photo before opening it and write to us at loly.privatestudio@outlook.com within 48 hours.

4. Returns 🔄

• 14 days after delivery, provided the product is in the same condition as received.

Preparamos los pedidos el mismo día hábil siempre que sea posible para que recibas tus productos de Loly Studio lo antes posible. Una vez procesado el pedido, el plazo de entrega dependerá del país y la zona de destino.

Durante el proceso de compra podrás consultar las opciones de envío disponibles y el plazo estimado de entrega para tu dirección.

Cuando tu pedido salga de nuestro almacén, recibirás un correo electrónico con la confirmación del envío y un número de seguimiento para que puedas conocer su estado en todo momento.

Devoluciones

Dispones de 14 días naturales desde la recepción de tu pedido para solicitar una devolución.

Los productos deben estar sin usar, en su embalaje original y en perfecto estado. Los gastos de envío de la devolución corren a cargo del cliente, salvo en caso de producto defectuoso o error por nuestra parte.

Una vez recibido y revisado el producto, realizaremos el reembolso mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra.

No se aceptan cancelaciones una vez confirmado el pedido.
